BENEFITS OF PROOF PROGRAM We have a unique
approach to marketing our portraits.After years of trial and error, it has been proved that proofs are the
most popular among families and schools. Our program is designed to work for preschool as well as elementary, middle or high
school environment. Fall or spring, we always offer proofs.
On the picture day, we will take four different
shots of each student. Thanks to the latest technology we utilize, proofs are printed immediately with a push of a button.
Below you will find a sample of our order envelope which includes sample proofs and current pricing. Out of four proofs, two will always be head-and-shoulders portraits and the other two
will show more of the body on a background we have selected previously. Proofs
are then sent home the same day. As you can see on the sample, order process is made simple for everyone. Families are given
a week to make their selections and enclose payment. They are encouraged to call us directly with any question or comments.
The order envelopes are collected at the school’s office, where they are picked up by Smile Studio representative on
the due date. A week to 10 days later the packages are dropped off
at the schools office for parents to pick up. This program is a favorite
with parents simply because they get more choices than ever before. They are not obligated to make a purchase, but if they
choose to do so, the variety impresses them. Schools favor our system as well because it relives them of any and all responsibility
of collecting payments of refused packages.
